Manager SAP HR/Payroll

Key Work Performed:

Work with HR, Payroll, and functional areas on process and system improvements, planning long term initiatives and near term prioritization of maintenance and project work.
Oversee the support, implementation, and maintainenance of HR and Payroll process & system improvement initiatives as directed by functional sponsors, including QA & coaching of outsourced resources and coordination of testing.
Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other departments to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts
Provide training and coaching to users for the process and software applications
Work on improving documentation, and access to reporting information
Keep informed on the latest best practices and developments within the business context.


Must Have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in defining business processes, process improvement, and modeling business processes within the HR and/or Payroll function.
Minimum of 3 years demonstrated IS project management capabilities
Minimum of 3 yrs SAP experience with emphasis on HR and Payroll modules.
Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience managing systems development and configuration in SAP’s HR and/or Payroll modules.
Expereince in offshore service delivery models is a plus.
Knowledge of software product lifecycle methodologies

RELOCATION: YES, PROVIDED BY CLIENT

SALARY RANGE: $ 100,000 - 125,000.
